PAT Partitions Ltd is an established nationwide commercial dry lining, SFS and partitioning specialist. We are scaling our operations and seeking formal vetting onto the Approved Subcontractor Lists of the UK's main contractors for regional and national builds.
Who we are
Our senior leadership brings 24 years of commercial delivery experience in interior systems. That heritage shapes how the business runs today: engineering discipline in the estimating desk, certified supervision on every site and a workforce that arrives carded, briefed and ready.
We operate across the £50,000 to £1,000,000+ contract range, supplying highly organised labour and material packages for high rise residential, commercial offices, healthcare and educational infrastructure.
How we work with main contractors
Estimators, buyers and surveyors need a subcontractor that removes risk rather than adds it. So we keep the pathway simple: one estimating desk for every tender, fully itemised bids mapped to manufacturer codes, digital RAMS issued before onboarding, and supervisors who hold the site side of the relationship from mobilisation to handover.
