Supply and structural installation of light gauge steel framing (SFS) for external envelopes and internal structural walls. Infill, oversail and continuous configurations delivered to the tolerances the cladding package depends on.
External and internal SFS
We supply and structurally install axial load bearing, structural infill and continuous light gauge steel framing systems. Sections are set out from the structural engineer's drawings and installed with deflection heads, bracing and fixings to the manufacturer's engineered design.
Rapid envelope solutions
SFS gets a building weathertight fast. We provide high tolerance external structural backings engineered to carry external cladding, masonry ties or weather defence boarding, so the envelope trades that follow us can start on a true, plumb frame without remedial work.
One subcontractor from frame to finish
Because we also install the internal partitions, ceilings and finishes, the SFS package is coordinated with everything that lands on it. One accountable trade from the slab edge to the paint ready wall.
