Privacy policy
Last updated: 24 September 2026. This policy explains what personal data PAT Partitions Ltd collects through this website and our estimating desk, why we collect it, and your rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

PAT Partitions Ltd ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data collected through patpartitions.com. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 6557217, registered office Tunnel Lane, Kings Norton, Birmingham B30 3JN. What we collect and why
Tender and contact enquiries
When you use the tender submission form or email the estimating desk we collect the details you give us: name, company, role, email address, phone number, project location, package details, your message and any documents you attach. We use this data to respond to your enquiry, price the package and, where a contract follows, to administer it. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, once a contract is in progress, the performance of that contract.
Website usage
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and to keep the site running.
If you email us we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to deal with the matter and for our records afterwards.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers who help us run the business and who process it on our instructions: our website hosting and form handling provider, our email provider, and professional advisers where necessary. Where a main contractor requires pre-qualification information, we share only the business information needed for that process.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data that does not lead to a contract is kept for up to 24 months so we can respond to follow ups. Data connected to a contract is kept for the duration of the contract and for 6 years afterwards to meet our legal, tax and warranty obligations.
Security
Data is stored on access controlled systems and transmitted over encrypted connections. Attachments sent to the estimating desk are held on our business email and document systems and are not published anywhere.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict our processing, and ask for it to be transferred to another provider. Email paul@patpartitions.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site uses no cookies that require consent. Any cookies set by the hosting platform are strictly necessary for the site to function. If we introduce analytics or embedded media in future we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
